How our model works

Our work integrates equine-facilitated learning with evidence-informed therapeutic approaches. We draw from a range of disciplines to respond to the needs of each individual and system.

These include:

  • Relational and systemic practice

  • Trauma-informed and attachment-aware approaches

  • Cognitive and behavioural frameworks

  • Somatic and body-based awareness

Rather than applying one fixed model, we adapt our approach in response to what is happening in the moment—between people, horses, and the wider system.

This allows the work to remain flexible, grounded, and relevant to real-life contexts.

Our focus is not on delivering therapy to clients, but on facilitating experiences that support awareness, regulation, and relational change.
